Systemic diversification - Management - Production -

Welcome to my website. I am Lorena Junghans, an impact producer originally from Romania, now based in Berlin.

I work extensively in management and production with directors, musicians, companies, and cultural creators around the globe and devote my energy to strategies that transform ideas into tangible actions and bridge gaps between theory and practice as well as between power and love.

I am guided by an intersectional approach to justice, curiosity, and an insatiable tea habit and actively seek to use resources to create spaces that foster positive change, the sharing of responsibility and meaningful relationships.

Check out the spotlight section below for some of the artists and projects that are close to my heart at the moment.
